今天看新闻，看到赵立坚的一句话：
If KatsushikaHokusai, the original author is still alive today, he would also be veryconcerned about #JapanNuclearWater.
If条件从句用一般目前时，主句用would，如此搭配可以吗？特向各位老师求证一下。另外，能说一下里面的道理吗？
我了解下面两句是正确的，即要么都用陈述语气，要么都用虚拟语气应该都可以，之前刘老师讲解过类似的问题。
If KatsushikaHokusai, the original author is still alive today, he will also be veryconcerned about #JapanNuclearWater.
If Katsushika Hokusai,the original author were still alive today, he would also be very concernedabout #JapanNuclearWater.
从语法上看这句话应该是：
If Katsushika Hokusai, the original author, were still alive today, hewould also be very concerned about #JapanNuclearWater.
挂了的人，让其今天复活，此时条件句不需要虚拟语气何时再用？
1）If A is still alive today, he would also be very concerned about#JapanNuclearWater.
此时的A可能失踪了好多年，不好认定一定去世了，后面的would语气降格
2）If A is still alive today, he will also be very concerned about#JapanNuclearWater.
此时的A可能失踪了好多年，不好认定一定去世了，后面的will语气升格（判断非常坚定）
3）If A were still alive today, he would also be very concerned about#JapanNuclearWater.
A挂了。
